  • Architected the system flow and designed the complete UI/UX for a browser-based 3D BIM viewer, enabling construction teams to visualize and collaborate on building models in real time
  • Prototyped an IFC-to-XKT conversion pipeline that reduced model loading times by 10-50x, eliminating a key bottleneck for users working with large construction files
  • Leveraged AI-assisted development tools to rapidly integrate complex features including Google/Microsoft OAuth, Cloudflare R2 cloud storage, and WebGL-based 3D rendering
  • Designed and prototyped engineering tools — real-time measurement, section slicing, floor plan views, and saved viewpoints — tailored to on-site coordination needs
  • Continuously iterate on system features and UI/UX design by actively gathering and integrating feedback from end-users and the core engineering team
